An Apology
The WHR online bookshop has had a major problem, our current web hoster has had a major crash and the site is
down at present. We will be operational again ASAP and are sorry for any any difficulties caused.
In the meantime you can still order any books we stock by phoning our shop on 01766 513402 and placing your order
with our shop manager, Lyn, paying by credit or debit card. During the winter the shop will be open on Tuesdays,
Thursdays and Saturdays. Alternatively you can send your order with a cheque to :-

Following considerable problems we have had with the original designer and hoster of our bookshop website
we have been forced to start afresh with a new designer and system. We hope to have something for you to
view in a few days (no really!). There are bound to be snags whilst we get the new site up and running so
please bear wth us in the "under construction" stage of things.

Oh dear - this is all taking longer than planned!! The new site is constructed and all the books are loaded
however sorting out the system for SSL (a secure system that allows payments to be taken) is proving
incredibly awkward. We hope to have it all running early in January - Please keep checking.
Xmas Cards 2009
Our 2009 christmas cards are now available. Our usual artist Eric Leslie is unwell and has been unable to design
a new card for us so our pack of 5 cards is a compilation of his designs from previous years.

The cards cost £2.50 (inc postage) for the pack of 5 and are supplied with envelopes.
Once again our apologies for any inconvenience caused by our site problems. Thanks for your forbearance
